Site Acquistion & Permitting
Our in-house site acquisition agents have vast experience in site acquisition, from initial site selection/search ring analysis to lease negotiation and seeing the project through zoning and permitting. We have experience in site acquisition nationwide, including the great lakes area of the Midwest and throughout the entire east coast. Representative projects include tower sites in the Midwest (MI, WI, MN, IN); rooftop sites for a broadcast carrier in the Baltimore/Washington and New England market; rawland sites in the southeast (FL, GA, SC), and all site types throughout New England, and the Northeast.
The fact that Aerial Spectrum is an experienced wireless engineering firm provides our site acquisition department with an advantage in that our professionals have an eye for design/constructability and are able to ensure that the best and most cost effective site will be chosen for our clients.
Our agents are responsive and willing to do whatever it takes to see a site’s acquisition through in a timely manner, whether that means taking a flight on a days notice to investigate a search ring or traveling to attend a zoning hearing as needed. This allows us to complete projects effectively wherever necessary on short notice.
Below are some recent milestones that highlight Aerial Spectrum’s ability:
- Identified, leased, engineered and assisted in permitting for 25+ sites in Vermont in 6-9 months; work which had typically taken other site firms 12-18 months to complete.
- Identified, leased, engineered and permitted 15+ sites for large government towers in the Midwest in 12 months.
- Identified, leased, engineered and permitted 30 sites for a carrier in Connecticut in under 6 months.
