Aerial Spectrum provides cost effective and timely environmental services in support of its clients’ network development projects. Our environmental services include all necessary due diligence and compliance services required for the development of any wireless site. Our goal is to minimize our clients’ costs in addressing environmental issues while achieving the appropriate compliance with state and federal regulations and meeting our clients’ needs.

NEPA Services
The objective of the NEPA process is to assess whether a proposed wireless project or “undertaking” will have a significant impact on the environment. This includes Section 106 (historical) review, tribal consultation, assessment of a projects effect on wilderness areas, wildlife preserves, endangered species, floodplains and wetlands or forested land.
Phase I/II Site Assessments
The Phase I assessment Identifies and reports key environmental liabilities regarding recognized environmental conditions and provides recommendations to investigate/remediate any found conditions (Phase II).
